1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdt8999 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of bdt8999.club. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

bdt8999 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (government-issued, with photograph)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months

Chargebacks and Reversals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt8999 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

bdt8999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be geographically restricted. Players who participate in a promotion accept that the relevant specific terms and conditions form part of this Agreement for the duration of their participation.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

7 User Obligations

By using the bdt8999 platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the standards set out in this section. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdt8999:

• Using the platform in any manner that facilitates or is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity

• Opening or operating a bdt8999 account for any commercial purpose, including as a payment processing mechanism for a third party

You agree to use the bdt8999 platform for entertainment purposes only and to accept that gambling carries financial risk. 8 Account Closure & Suspension

bdt8999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; duplicate account creation; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that bdt8999 determines is contrary to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting bdt8999 customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdt8999 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusions are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period, which ranges from a minimum of 30 days to a permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. bdt8999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, the amount of which is specified in the cashier section of the platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the platform's international gaming licence. Players retain all rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction of residence.
